What is Licensing?
I loan the artwork to a company, but keep the copyright.

I will receive a one - time fee upfront for my artwork.

I will receive a % of sales on all product sold with my artwork, paid out in regular intervals, over the span of contract.

As the designer, I retain all the copyright of the artwork at all times.
